John Shaqi

كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) أَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ إِتْمَامِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الْحَرَمَيْنِ فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) يُحِبُّ إِكْثَارَ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الْحَرَمَيْنِ فَأَكْثِرْ فِيهِمَا وَ أَتِمَّ .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, and Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from Ibrahim Bin Shayba who said, ‘I wrote to Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> asking him<sup>asws</sup> about Praying the complete Prayer in the two <span class="iTxt">Harrams</span>. So he<sup>asws</sup> wrote to me: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> used to love frequenting the <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> in the two <span class="iTxt">Harrams</span>, therefore frequent in these two, and Pray complete (do not shorten)’.
