يَقْطَعُ صَاحِبُ الْعُمْرَةِ الْمُفْرَدَةِ التَّلْبِيَةَ إِذَا وَضَعَتِ الْإِبِلُ أَخْفَافَهَا فِي الْحَرَمِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Murazam, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The performer of the exclusive Umra would cut off the <span class="iTxt">Talbiyya</span> when the camel places its hooves in the <span class="iTxt">Harram</span>’.
