كَتَبَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ مُخَلَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الرَّازِيُّ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنِ الْعُمْرَةِ الْمَبْتُولَةِ هَلْ عَلَى صَاحِبِهَا طَوَافُ النِّسَاءِ وَ الْعُمْرَةِ الَّتِي يُتَمَتَّعُ بِهَا إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَكَتَبَ أَمَّا الْعُمْرَةُ الْمَبْتُولَةُ فَعَلَى صَاحِبِهَا طَوَافُ النِّسَاءِ وَ أَمَّا الَّتِي يُتَمَتَّعُ بِهَا إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَلَيْسَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهَا طَوَافُ النِّسَاءِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Muhammad Bin Isa who said, ‘Abu Al-Qasim Mukhallad Bin Musa Al-Razy wrote to the man (Imam<sup>asws</sup>, asking him<sup>asws</sup> about the exclusive Umra, ‘Is there the performance of <span class="iTxt">Tawaaf Al-Nisa </span>upon him, and the Umra which he performs <span class="iTxt">Tumatto</span> with to the Hajj?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> wrote: ‘As for the exclusive Umra, so upon its performer is the <span class="iTxt">Tawaaf Al-Nisa</span>; and as for the performer of the <span class="iTxt">Tumatto</span> to the Hajj, so there is <span class="iTxt">Tawaaf Al-Nisa </span>to be performed by him’.
