الْمُعْتَمِرُ إِذَا سَاقَ الْهَدْيَ يَحْلِقُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazl Bin Shazaan, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Muawiya Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The performer of the Umra, when he ushers the sacrificial animal, would shave off (his head) before he slaughters’.
