سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) مَا بَيْنَ مِنْبَرِي وَ بُيُوتِي رَوْضَةٌ مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ وَ مِنْبَرِي عَلَى تُرْعَةٍ مِنْ تُرَعِ الْجَنَّةِ وَ صَلَاةٌ فِي مَسْجِدِي تَعْدِلُ أَلْفَ صَلَاةٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ مِنَ الْمَسَاجِدِ إِلَّا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ قَالَ جَمِيلٌ قُلْتُ لَهُ بُيُوتُ النَّبِيِّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) وَ بَيْتُ عَلِيٍّ مِنْهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ وَ أَفْضَلُ .
Translation
Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Hammad Bin Usman, from Jameel Bin Darraj who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘In what is between my<sup>saww</sup> Pulpit and my<sup>saww</sup> houses, there is a Garden from the Gardens of the Paradise, and my<sup>saww</sup> Pulpit is upon a channel from the channels of the Paradise, and a <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> (performed) in my<sup>saww</sup> Masjid equates to a thousand <span class="iTxt">Salaats</span> (performed) in what is besides from the Masjids, except for the ‘الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ’ Sacred Masjid’. Jameel said, ‘I said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘The houses of the Prophet<sup>saww</sup> and the house of Ali<sup>asws</sup> are from it?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes, and superior (to it)’.
