سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ مَسْجِدِ الْفَضِيخِ لِمَ سُمِّيَ مَسْجِدَ الْفَضِيخِ فَقَالَ لِنَخْلٍ يُسَمَّى الْفَضِيخَ فَلِذَلِكَ سُمِّيَ مَسْجِدَ الْفَضِيخِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazzal, from Al Mufazzal Bin Salih, from Lays Al Murady who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about Masjid Al-Fazeekh, ‘Why was it named as Masjid Al-Fazeekh?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Due to a palm tree named as Al-Fazeekh, so due to that it was named as Masjid Al-Fazeekh’.
