Translation

And from him, from Ibn Fazzal who said, ‘Ali Bin Asbaat said to Abu Al-Hassanasws and I were listening, ‘We did not happen to rest (in Al-Muarras), so Ibn Al-Qasim Bin Al-Fuzayl informed us that he had not rested (in Al-Muarras), and he had asked youasws, so youasws ordered him for the return to Al-Muarras, so he would rest therein’. So heasws said: ‘Yes’. So he said to himasws, ‘Supposing we leave and we rest (in Al-Muarras), so which thing should we do?’ Heasws said: ‘You should Pray <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> therein, and lie down; and it was so that Abu Al-Hassanasws would Pray <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>, after the evening, therein’. So Muhammad said to himasws, ‘Supposing we pass by it in other than the time of a Prescribed <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>, say after Al-Asr?’ Heasws said: ‘Abu Al-Hassanasws was asked about that, so heasws said: ‘It is not allowed regarding this except for the two Cycles of the <span class="iTxt">Tawaaf</span>, for Al-Hassan Bin Aliasws did so’. And heasws said: ‘One should stay until the time for the <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> comes up’. He (the narrator) said, ‘I said to himasws, ‘May I be sacrificed for youasws! So the one who passes by it at night or by the day should rest therein, or rather the resting is at night?’ So heasws said: ‘If one passes by it at night or by the day, so let him rest therein’.
