Al-Kafi 8174

Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, and someone else, from his father, from Khallad Al Qalansy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah^asws having said: ‘Makkah is a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of Allah^azwj, and a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of His^azwj Rasool^saww, and a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of Amir Al-Momineen^asws. The praying of <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> therein is (equated) to a hundred thousand <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>s, and the Dirham (of charity) therein is (equated) to one hundred Dirhams. And Al-Medina is a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of Allah^azwj, and a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of His^azwj Rasool^saww, and a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of Amir Al-Momieen^asws. The <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> (prayed) therein is (equated) to ten thousand <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>s, and the Dirham (of charity) therein is (equated) to ten thousand Dirhams. And Al-Kufa is a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of Allah^azwj, and a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of His^azwj Rasool^saww, and a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of Amir Al-Momineen^asws. The <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> (prayed) therein is (equated) to a thousand <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>s, and the Dirham (of charity) therein is (equated) to a thousand Dirhams’.
