John Shaqi

مَكَّةُ حَرَمُ اللَّهِ وَ حَرَمُ رَسُولِهِ وَ حَرَمُ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) الصَّلَاةُ فِيهَا بِمِائَةِ أَلْفِ صَلَاةٍ وَ الدِّرْهَمُ فِيهَا بِمِائَةِ أَلْفِ دِرْهَمٍ وَ الْمَدِينَةُ حَرَمُ اللَّهِ وَ حَرَمُ رَسُولِهِ وَ حَرَمُ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمَا الصَّلَاةُ فِيهَا بِعَشَرَةِ آلَافِ صَلَاةٍ وَ الدِّرْهَمُ فِيهَا بِعَشَرَةِ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ وَ الْكُوفَةُ حَرَمُ اللَّهِ وَ حَرَمُ رَسُولِهِ وَ حَرَمُ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) الصَّلَاةُ فِيهَا بِأَلْفِ صَلَاةٍ وَ الدِّرْهَمُ فِيهَا بِأَلْفِ دِرْهَمٍ.


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, and someone else, from his father, from Khallad Al Qalansy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Makkah is a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of His<sup>azwj</sup> Rasool<sup>saww</sup>, and a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup>. The praying of <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> therein is (equated) to a hundred thousand <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>s, and the Dirham (of charity) therein is (equated) to one hundred Dirhams. And Al-Medina is a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of His<sup>azwj</sup> Rasool<sup>saww</sup>, and a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of Amir Al-Momieen<sup>asws</sup>. The <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> (prayed) therein is (equated) to ten thousand <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>s, and the Dirham (of charity) therein is (equated) to ten thousand Dirhams. And Al-Kufa is a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of His<sup>azwj</sup> Rasool<sup>saww</sup>, and a <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> of Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup>. The <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> (prayed) therein is (equated) to a thousand <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>s, and the Dirham (of charity) therein is (equated) to a thousand Dirhams’.
