ثَمَنُ الْعَقَارِ مَمْحُوقٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يُجْعَلَ فِي عَقَارٍ مِثْلِهِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Bundar, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, from Muhammad Bin Ali Bin Yusuf, from Abdul Salam, from Hisham Bin Ahmar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ibrahim<sup>asws</sup> (7<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) having said: ‘The price of real estate is annihilated unless if it is made to be in a real estate similar to it’.
