الْإِمَامُ يَقْضِي عَنِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الدُّيُونَ مَا خَلَا مُهُورَ النِّسَاءِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Abbas, from the one who mentioned it, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The Imam<sup>asws</sup> fulfils from the Believer what they are owing, except for the dowries of the women’.
