مَنِ اسْتَدَانَ دَيْناً فَلَمْ يَنْوِ قَضَاهُ كَانَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ السَّارِقِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad, from Salih Bin Abu Hammad, from Ibn Fazzal, from one of his companions, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who takes on a debt and does not have the intention of paying it, he would be at the status of the thief’.
