Translation

Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Muhammad Bin Al Fazeyl, from Abu Hamza who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’farasws about a man who had a debt for him upon a man. So (another) man came over and bought it from him with an offer. Then he goes to the one upon whom is the debt, so he says to him, ‘Give me what is upon you for so and so, for I have bought it from it’. How would the judgement happen to be with regards to that?’ So Abu Ja’farasws said: ‘The man upon whom is the debt would return his wealth to the one who has bought it, from the man for whom was the debt’.
