Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from one of our companions, from Ays Bin Al Qasim who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about the orphan whose yield in a month happens to be twenty Dirhams, how much can I spend upon him?’ Heasws said: ‘His daily sustenance from the meals, and the dates’. And I asked himasws about spending a third of it upon him. Heasws said: ‘Yes, and half of it’.
