قَالَ إِنَّ هَذَا الْعِلْمَ عَلَيْهِ قُفْلٌ وَ مِفْتَاحُهُ الْمَسْأَلَةُ . عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) مِثْلَهُ .

آپ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: 'بے شک اس علم پر ایک تالہ ہے اور اس کی چابی سوال کرنا ہے۔' علی بن ابراہیم نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے النوفلی سے، انہوں نے السکونی سے، انہوں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے — اسی طرح روایت کی ہے۔
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ja’far Bin Muhammad Al Ashary, from Abdullah Bin Maymoun Al Qaddah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup> having said: ‘This knowledge, there is a lock upon it and its key is the asking’. <span style="font-size: small">Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfal, from Al Sakuny, </span>from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> – similar to it.
