قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) لَأَنْ أُهْدِيَ لِأَخِي الْمُسْلِمِ هَدِيَّةً تَنْفَعُهُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ بِمِثْلِهَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, form his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If I<sup>asws</sup> were to gift to my Muslim brother a gift which is beneficial to him, it would be more beloved to me<sup>asws</sup> than if I<sup>asws</sup> were to give in charity with similar to it’.
