وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) لَيْسَ بَيْنَنَا وَ بَيْنَ أَهْلِ حَرْبِنَا رِبًا نَأْخُذُ مِنْهُمْ أَلْفَ دِرْهَمٍ بِدِرْهَمٍ وَ نَأْخُذُ مِنْهُمْ وَ لَا نُعْطِيهِمْ .
Translation
And by this chain, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘There is no interest (usury) in between us and the people who war against us. We can take a thousand Dirhams from them with one Dirham, and we can take from them and we cannot give them’.
