قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) إِنِّي قَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ أَدَعَ السُّوقَ وَ فِي يَدِي شَيْءٌ قَالَ إِذاً يَسْقُطَ رَأْيُكَ وَ لَا يُسْتَعَانَ بِكَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Muhammad Bin Sinan, from Huzeyfa Bin Mansour, from Muaz Bin Kaseer Baya’a Al Aksiya who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘I have thought that I shall leave the marketplace and in my hand is something (acquired wealth)’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Then (the value of) your opinion would deteriorate and no one would like to seek consultation with you upon anything’.
