إِيَّاكَ وَ مُخَالَطَةَ السَّفِلَةِ فَإِنَّ السَّفِلَةَ لَا يَئُولُ إِلَى خَيْرٍ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Hassan Bin Ali Bin Yaqteen, from Al Husayn Bin Mayyah, from Isa, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Beware of inter-mingling with the lowly people (rif-raff), for the lowly do not lead to the goodness’.
