John Shaqi

شَكَا رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) الْحُرْفَةَ فَقَالَ انْظُرْ بُيُوعاً فَاشْتَرِهَا ثُمَّ بِعْهَا فَمَا رَبِحْتَ فِيهِ فَالْزَمْهُ .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, from Amro Bin Usman, from Muhammad Bin Uzafir, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘A man complained to Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> of the profession, so he<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘Look at the salealble items, so buy it then sell it. So whatever is profitable therein, so necessitate (continuing) it (so continue with the trading of those items/business)’.
