Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘Whichever man buys an item from a man, so they are both with the choice until they both separate. So when they separate, the item sold is binding’. He (the narrator) said, ‘And Abu Abdullahasws said: ‘Myasws fatherasws bought a land called Al-Urayz, so heasws purchased it from its owner for (some) Dinars. So heasws said to him: ‘Iasws will give you one leaf (silver) of ten Dirhams with every Dinar’. So he sold it to himasws with it. So myasws father arose, and Iasws followed himasws, so Iasws said: ‘O fatherasws! Why did youasws arise quickly?’ Heasws said: ‘Iasws wanted that the sale would become binding’.
