John Shaqi

قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( صلوات الله عليه ) مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أَبَّرَهُ فَثَمَرَتُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ ثُمَّ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ ( عليه السلام ) قَضَى بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ).


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa,, from Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Giyas Bin Ibrahim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The one who sells a palm tree which had pollinated, so its fruit is for the seller except if the buyer had stipulated otherwise’.
