قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) أَنَّ ثَمَرَ النَّخْلِ لِلَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Hilal, from Uqba Bin Khalid, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> judged that the fruits of the palm tree is for the one who had pollinated it (seller) except if the buyer stipulates otherwise’.
