Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad Bin usman, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘Do not sell two sealed container of barley with one sealed container of wheat, and do not buy except similar with similar; and the dates are similar to that’. He (the narrator) said, ‘And heasws was asked about the man who bought the wheat, so he could not find with his companions except for barley, is it correct for him that he takes two by one?’ Heasws said: ‘No. But rather, the origin of both of them is one, and Aliasws used to count the barley with the wheat (as equal)’.
