Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Muhammad Bin Aslam, from Abu Hamza, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’farasws, said, ‘I asked himasws about the man who buys the goods in wholesale with a price, then he evaluates each cloth with what is appropriate until the entire capital of his wealth is covered. Can he sell it for a profit?’ Heasws said: ‘No, until he clarifies that the item has a fixed price’.
