سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ السَّلَمَ وَ هُوَ السَّلَفُ فِي الْحَرِيرِ وَ الْمَتَاعِ الَّذِي يُصْنَعُ فِي الْبَلَدِ الَّذِي أَنْتَ فِيهِ قَالَ نَعَمْ إِذَا كَانَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at who said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the submission of the advance payment, and it is the retainer regarding the silk and the goods which are made in the city which you are in’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes, when it was to a known term’.
