سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعاً لَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ إِلَى أَجَلٍ وَ ضَمِنَ الْبَيْعَ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about a man who sold an item which was not with him, to a specified term, and guaranteed the sale’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem’.
