سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَقِيقِ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ أَشْتَرِي مِنْهُمْ شَيْئاً فَقَالَ اشْتَرِ إِذَا أَقَرُّوا لَهُمْ بِالرِّقِّ .
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad Bin Sama’at, from someone else, from Aban, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah, said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about a slave of the people under the responsibility (Ahl Al-Zimma), can I buy some of them? He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Buy, when they have been endorsed with the slavery’.
