Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Rafa’at who said, ‘I asked Abu Al-Hassan Musaasws about a man who participated with a man regarding a slave girl of his and said, ‘If we profit in her, so half of the profit would be for you, but if there was a loss, so there would not be anything upon you’. So heasws said: ‘Iasws do not view any problem with this, when the master of the slave girl himself was agreeable’.
