John Shaqi

يَرُدُّهَا وَ يَرُدُّ مَعَهَا شَيْئاً .


Translation

Humeyd, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad, from someone else, from Aban, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, about the man who buys the slave girl, so he falls upon her, and he finds her as pregnant. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He should return her, and return something along with her (for having copulated with her)’.
