يُرَدُّ عَلَيْهِ فَضْلُ الْقِيمَةِ إِذَا عُلِمَ أَنَّهُ صَادِقٌ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ismail Bin Marrar, (It has been narrated) from Yunus, about a man who buys a slave girl upon a stipulation that she is a virgin, but he (the buyer) did not find her as a virgin. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He would return to him the excess value when it is known that he is truthful (in his claim)’.
