Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Ali Bin Abu Hamza, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about the submission of the advance payment regarding the animals. Heasws said: ‘There is no problem with it’. I said, ‘What is yourasws view if I were to submit an advance payment regarding the known years, or something known from the slaves, so I give him less than his stipulation, and above it by the agreement of their own selves?’ So heasws said: ‘There is no problem with it’.
