Translation
Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazl Bin Shazaan, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Quteyba Al A’asha who said, ‘Abu Abdullahasws was asked and I was in hisasws presence, so a man said to himasws, ‘My brother stays behind at the mountain milking the sheep, so he submits an advance payment regarding the sheep of known years, to a known term. So he is given the four year old in place of the five year old’. So heasws said to him: ‘Is it by the agreement of his companion himself?’ So he said, ‘Yes’. Heasws said: ‘There is no problem’.
