الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ لَهُ الْغَنَمُ يُعْطِيهَا بِضَرِيبَةٍ سَمْناً شَيْئاً مَعْلُوماً أَوْ دَرَاهِمَ مَعْلُومَةً مِنْ كُلِّ شَاةٍ كَذَا وَ كَذَا قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِالدَّرَاهِمِ وَ لَسْتُ أُحِبُّ أَنْ يَكُونَ بِالسَّمْنِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the man who happens to have the sheep for him, he gives it out (for pasture) with a tribute of butter, something known, or a known amount of Dirhams, from every sheep such and such. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is not problem with the Dirhams, and I<sup>asws</sup> do not like it if it happens to be with the butter’.
