الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ لَهُ الْغَنَمُ فَيُعْطِيهَا بِضَرِيبَةٍ شَيْئاً مَعْلُوماً مِنَ الصُّوفِ أَوِ السَّمْنِ أَوِ الدَّرَاهِمِ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِالدَّرَاهِمِ وَ كُرِهَ السَّمْنُ .
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad Bin Sama’at, from one of his companions, from Aban, from Mudrak Bin Al Hazhaaz, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the man who happens to have the sheep for him, so he gives them out (for pasturing) for a known tribute from the wool, or the butter, or the Dirhams’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with the Dirhams, but the butter is disliked’.
