كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) أَسْأَلُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُؤَاجِرُ سَفِينَتَهُ وَ دَابَّتَهُ مِمَّنْ يَحْمِلْ فِيهَا أَوْ عَلَيْهَا الْخَمْرَ وَ الْخَنَازِيرَ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Umar Bin Azina who said, ‘I wrote to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> asking him<sup>asws</sup> about the man hires out his ship and his animal to the ones who carry in it or upon these, the wine and the pigs’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem’.
