سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُؤَاجِرُ بَيْتَهُ يُبَاعُ فِيهَا الْخَمْرُ قَالَ حَرَامٌ أُجْرَتُهُ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Ali Bin Al Noman, from Ibn Muskan, from Abdul Momin, from Jabir who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the man who rents out his house, in which the wine is sold’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Its renting out is Prohobited’.
