قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( صلوات الله عليه ) فِي كُلِّ رَهْنٍ لَهُ غَلَّةٌ أَنَّ غَلَّتَهُ تُحْسَبُ لِصَاحِبِ الرَّهْنِ مِمَّا عَلَيْهِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Abdullah Bin Al Mugheira, from Ibn Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> judged regarding every mortgage which had yield for it that its yield should be reckoned to be for the owner of the desposit against whatever (debt) is upon him’.
