سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ يَكُونُ لَهُ الدَّيْنُ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ وَ مَعَهُ الرَّهْنُ أَ يَشْتَرِي الرَّهْنَ مِنْهُ قَالَ نَعَمْ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Mansour Bin Hazim, from Hisham Bin Salim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> was asked about a man who happened to have the debt upon the man and with him was the mortgaged (property). Can he buy the mortgaged (property) from him?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes’.
