رَجُلٍ اسْتَعَارَ ثَوْباً ثُمَّ عَمَدَ إِلَيْهِ فَرَهَنَهُ فَجَاءَ أَهْلُ الْمَتَاعِ إِلَى مَتَاعِهِمْ قَالَ يَأْخُذُونَ مَتَاعَهُمْ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Aban Bin Usman, from the one who narrated it, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who borrowed clothes, then he deliberated to it so he mortgaged it. Then the rightful owners of the goods cam to their goods’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘They can take their goods’.
