سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُعْطِي الْمَالَ مُضَارَبَةً وَ يَنْهَى أَنْ يَخْرُجَ بِهِ فَخَرَجَ قَالَ يُضَمَّنُ الْمَالَ وَ الرِّبْحُ بَيْنَهُمَا .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Al A’ala, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the man who gave some wealth for a profit-sharing speculation and forbade him from going out (from the city) with it, but he went out. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He would be responsible for the wealth (if lost) but the profit would be shared between the two of them’.
