سُئِلَ عَنِ الْقَصَّارِ يُفْسِدُ قَالَ كُلُّ أَجِيرٍ يُعْطَى الْأَجْرَ عَلَى أَنْ يُصْلِحَ فَيُفْسِدُ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> was asked about the bleacher who spoils. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Every hired person who is given a fee upon that he would do it correctly, and he spoils it, so he would be liable’.
