سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ اخْتَارَ لِأَنْبِيَائِهِ الْحَرْثَ وَ الزَّرْعَ كَيْلَا يَكْرَهُوا شَيْئاً مِنْ قَطْرِ السَّمَاءِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from one of our companions, from Muhammad Bin Sinan, form Muhammad Bin Atiyya who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying, ‘Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Chose the farming and the agriculture for His<sup>azwj</sup> Prophets<sup>as</sup>, lest they<sup>as</sup> dislike something from the drops (falling) from the sky’.
