Translation

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Al Hassan Bin Umara, from Misma’a, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘When Adamas was descended to the earth, heas became needy to the food and the drink. So that was grievous upon Jibraeelas. So Jibraeelas said to himas: ‘O Adamas! Become a farmer’. Heas said: ‘So teach meas a supplication’. Heas said: ‘Say: ‘O Allahazwj! Suffice meas with the provisions of the world and (from) every horror before the Paradise, and Clothe meas with the good health until life becomes welcoming for meas’.
