Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al halby, from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘Do not accept the land with the specified wheat, but (accepting) with the third (of the produce), and the quarter, and the fifth, there is no problem with it’. And heasws said: ‘There is no problem with sharing the crops with the third, and the quarter, and the fifth’.
