لَا تُقَبِّلِ الْأَرْضَ بِحِنْطَةٍ مُسَمَّاةٍ وَ لَكِنْ بِالنِّصْفِ وَ الثُّلُثِ وَ الرُّبُعِ وَ الْخُمُسِ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ وَ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِالْمُزَارَعَةِ بِالثُّلُثِ وَ الرُّبُعِ وَ الْخُمُسِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al halby, from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Do not accept the land with the specified wheat, but (accepting) with the third (of the produce), and the quarter, and the fifth, there is no problem with it’. And he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with sharing the crops with the third, and the quarter, and the fifth’.
