هِ وَ يَدْفَعُهُ إِلَى آخَرَ فَيَرْبَحُ فِيهِ قَالَ لَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ قَدْ عَمِلَ فِيهِ شَيْئاً .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Safwan, from Al A’ala, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup> having been asked about the man who contracted with the work, so he did not do the work in it, and he handed it over to another, so he profited therein. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘No, unless it so happened that he had done some work in it’.
