قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَشْتَرِيَ أَرْضَ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ إِذَا عَمَرُوهَا وَ أَحْيَوْهَا فَهِيَ لَهُمْ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Aban, from Zurara who said, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with them buying a land of the Zimmy when they develop it and revive it, so it is for them’.
