John Shaqi

سَمِعْتُ أَبِي سَأَلَ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) وَ أَنَا أَسْمَعُ فَقَالَ لَهُ رُبَّمَا أَمَرْنَا الرَّجُلَ فَيَشْتَرِي لَنَا الْأَرْضَ وَ الدَّارَ وَ الْغُلَامَ وَ الْجَارِيَةَ وَ نَجْعَلُ لَهُ جُعْلًا قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, and Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abdullah Bin Sinan who said, ‘I heard my father asking Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> and I was listening, so he said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘Sometimes we instruct the man so he buys for us the land, and the house, and the slave, and the slave girl, and we make a fee to be for him’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem’.
