Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Hilal, from Uqba Bin Khalid (who said), ‘The Prophetsaww judged regarding the palm trees if there happens to be a palm tree and two palm trees for the man in another garden, so they are differing with regards to the rights of that, so hesaww judged regarding it that for every palm tree from those, from the land would be where a longest branch from its branches reaches to its furthest point’.
