Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ja’far Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Al Sabbah, from his father, from his grandfather who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullahasws, ‘A youth befriended a maid, so she handed over to him four thousand Dirhams. Then she said to him, ‘If there is a spoiling (of relationship) between me and you, return these four thousand back to me’. So the youth worked with it and profited, Then the youth got married and intended to repent. How should he deal with it?’ Heasws said: ‘He should return the four thousand Dirhams back to her, and the profit would be for him’.
