علی بن محمد بن بندار اور دیگر نے احمد بن ابی عبد اللہ البرقی سے، انہوں نے ابن فضال اور جعفر بن محمد سے، انہوں نے ابن القداح سے، انہوں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ: ایک آدمی ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام کے پاس آیا تو آپ نے اس سے پوچھا: 'کیا تمہاری بیوی ہے؟' اس نے کہا: 'نہیں۔' تو آپ نے فرمایا: 'میرے والد نے فرمایا: میں یہ نہیں چاہتا کہ دنیا اور جو کچھ اس میں ہے وہ میرا ہو اور میں ایک رات بیوی کے بغیر گزاروں۔' پھر فرمایا: 'شادی شدہ آدمی کی دو رکعتیں اس کنوارے آدمی سے بہتر ہیں جو رات بھر نماز پڑھے اور دن بھر روزہ رکھے۔' پھر میرے والد نے اسے سات دینار دیے اور فرمایا: 'ان سے شادی کرو۔' پھر میرے والد نے فرمایا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ نے فرمایا: 'بیویاں اختیار کرو کیونکہ یہ تمہارے لیے زیادہ رزق کا ذریعہ ہے۔'

Translation

Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Bundar and someone else, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah Al Barqy, from Ibn Fazzal and Ja’far Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Al Qaddah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah^asws, said, ‘A man came over to Abu Abdullah^asws so he^asws said to him: ‘Is there a wife for you?’ So he said, ‘No’. So he^asws said: ‘My^asws father^asws said: ‘And I^asws would not like it if the world and whatever is in it was to be for me^asws, and I^asws spend one night and there is no wife for me^asws’. Then he^asws said: ‘The two Cycles Prayed by a married man is superior than a celibate man (unmarried) who stands during the night (for Prayer) and Fasts during his day’. Then he^asws gave him seven Dinars, then said to him: ‘Get married with these’. Then he^asws said: ‘Rasool-Allah^saww said: ‘Take the wife, for there would be more sustenance for you’.
